Universal Plug-In Receiver with built-in transformer.   Uses 315MHz frequency.   Just connect the accompanying bell wire from the two screw terminals on the plug-in receiver to the garage door openers push button terminals.   Comes with 371LM remote transmitter.   Purchase additional 371LM transmitters or any of the remotes shown on the side panel of this page to activate the receiver and operate your garage door.
