	Genie garage door opener infra-red safety sensor eyes.   These sensors mount to the Genie clip-on brackets.   If your existing sensors screw onto the mounting brackets, you will need to purchase the Infra-Red Safety Kit 34900R.S, shown in RELATED ITEMS to the right of the page.

Things to Consider When Installing this Product:

If your original sensors have plug-in jacks, cut off the plug and seperate the two strand wires. Screw each wire into one of the two terminals on the back of the new sensor. If one old sensor has 1 plug and the other sensor has 2 plugs, follow the same procedure above for the one plug sensor by seperating wires by color. For the 2 plug sensor, cut the plugs and connect wires by color. Then connect one set of same colored wires to one terminal and the other set of colored wires to the other terminal. For those systems having sensors attached to the terminal strip: If the motor head has a three position terminal strip, use terminals 2 and 3; if it has a four position terminal strip, use terminals 3 and 4, and if it has a six position terminal strip, use terminals 2 and 3.
