Genie Remote Digital
- Genie Remote Digital
- GT912
This Genie remote transmitter uses a 390 MHz frequency. This remote works for receivers using either 9 internal set switches or 12 internal set switches. Match the switch settings in the remote to the switch setting in the receiver and the remote is ready to operate your door. In the diagram below use the wide switch to the right to designate whether your system uses 9 or 12 switch. If a 9-switch receiver, follow the top 9 switch settings on this remote and disregard the first 3 switches numbered across the bottom.
For those customers that need a 2-button remote we suggest the Universal Remote, 375LM, listed at the bottom of this page.
Note: Canada used Genie remotes with 12 and 9 internal set switches and a white label on the back, but with a 315 MHz frequency. Genie no longer makes this remote and the GT912, seen here, will not work with Canadian radio controls.

Additional Information:
For setting this remote to a receiver with 9 set switches, slide the wide switch, to the far right, up. Follow the top 9 numbers only in matching to the radio receiver. For a receiver with 12 switches, slide the wide switch on the far right down, and use the bottom 12 numbered switches to match the settings with the radio receivers switches.
